My Own Recipe:

Black Angus Beef Chuck Roast put in crock pot.

Add:
Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
Ground Basil
Adobe

Add water to coat bottom of crock pot

Cook for 4 hours or until meat is cooked on outside on both sides.

Add:
Chopped onions around meat
Carrots on top of meat
Large Potatoes quartered (Not too small) on top of carrots.

Cook until ready to serve. (I use the 6 hour setting)

The meat will fall apart once completed cooked.
